Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SC Ban Service. By contacting us about a case, you agree to them.
The service
We help you document and report content that violates platform rules or the law, and submit it through the relevant platforms' official channels. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any platform.
Acceptable use
- You may only ask us to report content that genuinely violates platform rules or the law (e.g. scams, phishing, impersonation, counterfeit/trademark abuse).
- You must not use our service to target legitimate, non-violating accounts, or for harassment, retaliation or any unlawful purpose.
- You confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
No guaranteed outcome
Removal decisions are made solely by the platforms. We cannot guarantee that any report will result in removal, or the timeframe for any action.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit, and for ensuring you have the right to report it.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes determined by third-party platforms or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
